LIPP GmbH Germany, being one of the pioneer in biogas plant construction, has over 30 years of experience in this field. LIPP’s experience dates back in 1973 when they constructed one of the first biogas plants in Germany. LIPP GmbH has successfully completed more than 700 biogas plants of various sizes worldwide. Through ever continuing research and development, LIPP GmbH has developed a highly efficient anaerobic digestion system utilizing their patented LIPP system. The LIPP biogas system has the following advantages:
- Fast construction time – the patented LIPP system allows tank to be constructed in a very short time.
- Strong and leak-proof tank – the double fold along the tank body makes the tank strong and leak proof.
- Small footprint and excellent mixing – the tall and digestion tank ensures good mixing and saves space.
- Proprietary mixing system – LIPP has developed a proprietary mixing system which ensures even mixing and stable operation.
- External heating system – System mounted along the double fold rib ensures even heat distribution and easy maintenance.
